MEDSOUL Ltd will not except liability for any of the following:
Loss or Damage to any personal items, personal Injury or even Fatality whilst attending this Event how ever caused.
Flight cancellations or delays for any reasons what so ever.
The Event being cancelled before start day due to circumstances beyond our control I.E.: any extremes of weather, floods, strikes, demonstrations, riots, wars, acts of God, fires or any natural disasters.
Non attendance will result in full payment being forfeit.
Deposits are non refundable but are transferable free of charge.
Places cancelled by the customer are non refundable but are transferable free of charge.
Any Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will be enforced by your exclusion form the Event and Hotel immediately.
we recommend all travellers abroad to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover health, injury loss of items etc.
